KO Step Classes * Starting Feb 2019

KO Body Step is a fun modern take on the step class. It will push your fat burning systems into high gear, getting you fitter faster. This class will relieve stress and raise the heart rate and will get you the workout you need in just 45 mins!

Why You’ll Love KO Body Step

This class doesn't take itself too seriously, whilst having a great workout. You will perform set moves on and off a step to music. The variance in the styles of choreographed moves will give you a well-rounded workout that gets your blood flowing and energy levels bouncing off the walls.

This class can be adapted to suit your needs, with bouncing and jumping as optional. Plus you don't necessarily need to use the step.

And best of all, KO Body Step is completely do-able! Invite your family or friends to join without worrying about how you'll keep up, or fit in, as we're all friends here!

This all in one group exercise class will leave you feeling refreshed, invigorated, and revitalised. You’ll be having fun (yes you will get the choreo wrong, as will I), as well as helping your body:
