KO Low Impact Circuits Class - Low impact with high impact options

This class will get the heart pumping, the legs moving and offers a full body workout. We'll start you off in one spot, before moving you round with a mixture of muscle, toning and heart pumping exercise.

This class will increase your cardio and strength fitness whilst having fun.

Why you’ll love KO Circuits Class

This 45 minute class doesn't take itself too seriously, whilst having a serious workout. You will perform a circuit of exercises, which will target all areas. This is a well-rounded workout that gets your blood flowing and energy levels bouncing off the walls.

This class can be adapted to suit your needs, with bouncing and jumping as optional.

Best of all, KO Circuits Class is completely do-able! Invite your family or friends to join without worrying about how you'll keep up, or fit in, as we're all friends here!
