Low Impact HIIT

KO Sport have enough experience to realise that high impact workouts are not suitable for everyone. This Low impact class offers an effective workout without the bouncing or jumping. In just 30 minutes you will have completed cardio, strength and toning training in the most efficient way! If you want a routine that makes you work your entire body, burn fat, and bust calories, without running, jumping or bouncing then Low Impact Hiit is the class you’re looking for!

This quick workout does not impact on the joints in the same way, so it's suitable for people with niggley injuries or are new or returning to exercise. But without compromising on intensity. You'll still be sweating and puffing like a train. And best of all, Low Impact Hiit with KO Sport is completely do-able! Invite your family or friends to join without worrying about how you'll keep up, or fit in, as we're all friends here!
