Elements of Tai Chi and Yoga
Each week the class will practice basic Tai Chi influenced moves which works
with circulation, breathing and stretching techniques. To improve
balance, agility, strength and coordination, working up to a progressive
routine. Whilst the yoga elements will perform static stretches
to improve strength and flexibility, both practices complement
each other beautifully.

Elements is a low key class which will encourage greater physical
activity that uses a mix of Tai Chi and Yoga style exercises to
improve fitness levels. This relaxed and gentle class is aimed
at beginners and will be suitable for anyone who is walking mobile.
It will be particularly beneficial to arthritis sufferers, people
with joint replacements, CV disease, depression and Type 2 Diabetes.
Elements is a gentle class which should leave you feeling relaxed
and uplifted. Without the need for sweating and huffing and puffing!

Cost per 4 week block Wednesday's £18.00 (45 min class) &
Thursday's £20.00 (60 min class).
