Elements of Tai Chi and Yoga


Each week the class will practice basic Tai Chi influenced moves which works with circulation, breathing and stretching techniques. To improve balance, agility, strength and coordination, working up to a progressive routine. Whilst the yoga elements will perform static stretches to improve strength and flexibility, both practices complement each other beautifully.

Elements is a low key class which will encourage greater physical activity that uses a mix of Tai Chi and Yoga style exercises to improve fitness levels. This relaxed and gentle class is aimed at beginners and will be suitable for anyone who is walking mobile. It will be particularly beneficial to arthritis sufferers, people with joint replacements, CV disease, depression and Type 2 Diabetes.

Elements is a gentle class which should leave you feeling relaxed and uplifted. Without the need for sweating and huffing and puffing!

This gentle group exercise class will leave you feeling refreshed, relaxed and a little more flexible. You’ll be having fun, as well as helping your body:

Go on give us a try on Wednesday's 6.35pm to 7.15pm at St Barnabas Middle School, Drakes Broughton, WR10 2AW. Thursday's 10am to 11am at Peopleton Village Hall, WR10 2EG. Visit timetable here.

Cost per 4 week block Wednesday's £18.00 (45 min class) & Thursday's £20.00 (60 min class).

Members just need to notify the instructor they will be attending.
